Yes! We are fully insured.
No. We do not need to attend your property, we can provide a virtual quote. We ask that you please provide as many photos as possible, so that we can assess your needs.
We serve the Central Coast and surrounds.
We offer both one-time and recurring services, depending on your needs. We do recommend regular lawn or cleaning services. However, we understand that sometimes you just need a one-off service, and we are more than happy to work with you to meet your needs. Please note: An additional fee may be incurred for extra long grass or where additional time is needed to complete your clean.
Our garden and lawn services are completed using only commercial, electric equipment! This means our equipment is quieter than traditional tools used, without compromising quality.
Our cleaning services are completed using only non-toxic, high quality cleaning products.
We can take your clippings and/or green waste away for you, however, this will incur an additional fee. Alternatively, we can place your clippings and/or green waste in your residential green "garden vegetation" bin.
Gardens and Lawns - We ask that you please prepare for your service by clearing any movable equipment and/or toys, and pick up animal droppings. In the event that we have to pick up animal droppings before your service, there may be an additional fee. Alternatively, for a hassle-free preparation, you can add-on the removal of animal droppings to your service.
Cleaning - We ask that you please prepare for your service by clearing your surfaces of personal items. In the event that we have to tidy up before your service, there may be an additional fee. Alternatively, for a hassle-free preparation, you can add-on a quick tidy to your service.
No. You do not need to be home, so long as the area to be serviced is accessible, or you are comfortable with us entering your home without your presence.
We understand that your dog/s need to be in their yard throughout the day, and we are happy to work with you to ensure a safe service for ourselves and your pet. In the event that you are not home, we ask that you leave a lead out for us to tie them up for the duration of the service. Where you know your dog/s do not like strangers we ask that you make arrangements to either be home, or have them inside when we attend your property. Please note: Service charges may still apply if we cannot complete your service due to issues with your dog/s.
Depending on the degree of rain, and other conditions, we may need to reschedule your exterior service. However, we will work with you to get you rebooked as soon as possible.
We will provide an invoice after your service is complete, for online payment via credit card or bank transfer. We also accept cash. Regardless of how you choose to pay, we can provide a receipt via email.
We ask that you please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your service.
In the event we haven't met your expectations, please reach out as soon as possible, so we can work with you to fix the issue.
